Our firm has chosen to exceed state requirements by depositing 100% of all funds entrusted to our care, waiving our management fees in order to maximize the growth of your funeral trust. In addition, we compound 100% of the interest earned by your account not the 75% required by state law. Our policy also dictates that we refund any excess funds earned by your trust.
